Looking for: Real Estate in Rancho San Clemente
I am trying to find a Realtor in Pacific Shores Rancho San Clemente area but having no luck.
If someone can provide me a phone number of a realtor I can touch base with or even a website so I can search a Multiple Listing System (MLS) for Active" listings that would be great.

What does "zoned R-5" in real estate mean?

I know the "R" stands for Residential but...can the property be subdivided in the future? What are the basic building guidelines? only stick built homes, or can you build mobiles on an R-5 property? Thanks for you time!

different areas have different meanings behind zoning designations, where i am at R5 is residential, 5 dwelling units per lot. you need to go to your planning department or look at the county codes to find out exactly what is allowed in that zone.

I saw most of the general sessions but missed the one featuring Gary Vaynerchuk, aka Gary Vee of winelibrary.tv . I heard all sorts of buzz about it, so when I saw the video posted on Facebook today I thought I would invest the time to watch the 30-plus-minute stage show. Being a relative neophyte to all the nooks and crannies of social media marketing, I hadn't heard of Gary Vee before so I watched it with fresh eyes. Gary makes a lot of good points about personal branding, transparency and connecting to the consumer in new ways, but with all due respect Gary, real estate is not like wine. We know transparency has been lacking in our industry so we'll take that. We also recognize that we need to "reallocate the way we view business" and to become part of the community in new and innovative ways, but to tell us to "stop thinking local" and that "paying for advertising is idiotic in 2009" doesn't work for us.
