Grove is a software developer who will be helping Boyce Systems, Keystone and Komputrol clients with the new K-Time program for employee time and attendance management and other special projects. He has an associates degree from Ball State University in computer science. He has previous experience as a data audit developer with First DataBank and as manager of development for AccuTech Systems. He lives in Yorktown with his wife and two children.

Parks is a network/software engineer, supporting Boyce Systems in-house information technology and software products in client environments. Parks studied computer science at Harding University in Searcy, Ark. Prior to joining Boyce Systems, he was an IT Support Specialist for Medical Consultants, regional medical multi-specialty practice. He lives in Springport and his interests include reading business and political books, and following the information technology industry, current events and politics.

Van Erman is an installer and help desk representative for Boyce Systems. She is a graduate of Lakeview Christian Academy and is working on a degree in business management from Ball State University. She previously served as a supervisor at Sallie Mae for two years. She likes to spend time with friends and family, shop and go to movies. She is involved in the audio/visual department of Tree of Life Ministries.
