LAND: Bucsanyi Pasadena Properties has purchased 4.6 acres at Beltway 8 and Fairmont Plaza Drive in Pasadena. Simmi Jaggi and Elizabeth Clampitt with CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Fairway Centre Associates.

RETAIL: ODC 290 has sold a 10,290-square-foot, multi-tenant building at 11200 Northwest Freeway to Trader Properties. The property is 100 percent leased. Ryan West with CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

OFFICE: BEL Investments has purchased a 6,186-square-foot building at 1702 Houston Ave. Ryan Sullivan and Maury Bronstein of Situs represented the buyer.

LAND: Jamil Family Land has purchased 2.1 acres at the northwest corner of Fry Road and Cinco Terrace Boulevard in Cinco Ranch Southwest. The property is planned to be developed as a Kids’R’Kids Learning School. Duane Heckmann of Land Advisors Organization Houston represented the buyer. Newland Communities was represented by Blake Tartt III of New Regional Planning.
